Welcome to the Musician Love ecosystem, operated by Composition Matters LLC (“we,” “us”).

These Terms apply to all Musician Love platforms, including:

Musician Love Songwriters App

Musician Love websites

Real Love: Made Practical (book & materials)

True Love Meditation

Morning Accomplish Mode Meditation

Courses, memberships, and community spaces

Musician Love Collaborators & Movement

By using any of these, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Privacy, Age & Accounts

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy

You must be 18+, or use with a parent/guardian

You are responsible for your account activity

We may suspend or remove access if these Terms are violated

3. Access & Use

Your access to Musician Love content and tools is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Resell or redistribute content

Claim ownership of Musician Love materials

Misuse community or collaboration spaces

Imply endorsement without permission

Unauthorized use ends your access.

4. Intellectual Property

All Musician Love content—text, audio, music, meditations, videos, downloads, branding, and tools—is owned by Composition Matters LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use content personally.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Protecting your login credentials

All actions taken under your account

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

6. System & App Requirements

Use of the app may require:

Internet access

Compatible devices or software

Updates from time to time

You are responsible for any related costs.

7. User Content & Community Participation

You may post content (comments, music, ideas, messages) as long as it is:

Lawful

Respectful

Non-infringing

By posting, you:

Keep ownership of your work

Grant us permission to display and use it within the Musician Love ecosystem

We may remove content that violates these standards.

8. Educational & Wellness Disclaimer

Music, meditations, coaching, and educational materials are:

For learning and personal growth

Not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice

Always consult qualified professionals when needed. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Links

We may link to third-party platforms. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount paid, whichever is less

11. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, or harm to the community.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law.
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Escambia County, Florida, except for intellectual-property enforcement.

13. Updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated version.

COLLABORATION & CONFIDENTIALITY ADDENDUM

(Aligned with the Mutual Confidentiality & Creative Respect Agreement)

This section applies only if you participate in:

Songwriting collaboration

Creative feedback spaces

Shared works, drafts, or ideas

Private groups, challenges, or projects

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

Creators retain ownership of their original work unless a written agreement says otherwise

No implied splits, credits, or rights are granted without written confirmation

Creative material shared inside Musician Love spaces is confidential

Shared work may not be copied, distributed, or reused outside the platform

Respect, discretion, and creative integrity are required

These terms work alongside (not instead of) the Mutual Confidentiality & Creative Respect Agreement (MCCRA).
If there is a conflict, the MCCRA governs collaboration-specific matters.

Violations may result in removal from collaborative spaces or platform access.
